Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Supply Chain, Logistics) or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, distribution, or related field.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role emphasizing team development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Supply Chain Solutions operations to ensure service standards and cost optimization.
• Lead onsite Supply Chain Solutions associates with focus on performance, training, and teamwork.
• Collaborate with the Sr Manager to align activities with organizational goals.
