Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (Business, Supply Chain Mgt, Marketing, Finance, etc.)
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, distribution, or a related industry; indirect materials experience is advantageous
• Leadership: at least 2 years in a supervisory role, emphasizing team development and cohesion

• Oversee daily functions of Supply Chain Solutions, ensuring service standards and cost optimization.
• Lead onsite Supply Chain Solutions associates with a focus on performance and training.
• Collaborate with the Supply Chain Services Manager to align team activities with company goals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee onsite inventory and assets with accurate tracking and waste minimization.
• Monitor KPIs such as service levels and fill rate; drive improvements.
• Refine inventory controls with customer and account managers to reduce stock-outs.
• Ensure adherence to inventory protocols and drive process improvements.
