Job summary

Vallen seeks an Integrated Supply Site Manager to lead a team on a customer site, driving program growth and day-to-day operations to meet financial objectives. You will supervise associates, ensure policy adherence, and manage P&L while achieving cost savings and KPI targets through strong leadership and site-wide operational excellence.

• Provides leadership to onsite customer teams delivering Integrated Supply solutions.
• Staff management duties including interviewing, selecting, hiring, coaching, counseling, and disciplining associates while enforcing policies.
• Ensures sales and profitability goals for local sites by managing P&L and meeting budgeted targets.
• Drives contractual customer commitments (cost savings, KPIs) at the local site.
• Demonstrates urgency in customer engagement and operational excellence.
