Vallen USA is seeking a Supply Chain Services Associate to manage on-site inventory at a customer location. You will restock vending machines and VMI cabinets, assist customers, and log inventory usage to uphold service standards.

Collaborate with the Supply Chain Services Manager and account team to prevent stockouts and improve KPI performance. This role emphasizes hands-on execution and strong teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, with 1+ years in inventory management or distribution.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with inventory tracking and basic analytics.

Responsibilities

• Restock vending machines, VMI cabinets, and toolcribs to target inventory levels.
• Assist onsite customers and resolve immediate inventory or tool questions.
• Log and track inventory usage and restocking per procedures.
• Monitor KPI goals and collaborate to meet service standards.
• Identify and address potential stockouts with the team.
