Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking a Manager, Supplier Management in Nashville to lead global supplier onboarding and data governance. You will partner with regional leaders, ensure ERP-system integrity, and drive process improvements across the organization.

Responsibilities include managing SOX controls, vendor master data quality, and collaborating with IT, RPA, and transformation teams to enable automation and scalable onboarding.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
8+ years of experience managing supplier management processes or AP/PTP with prior people management.
Experience with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion, EBS, SAP, or similar) and vendor onboarding platforms.
Led or co-led an Oracle Fusion (or similar) supplier onboarding implementation; SOX controls knowledge.

Responsibilities

Co-lead vendor onboarding platform with regional leadership, aligning requirements and SLAs.
Maintain accurate supplier master data and support ERP system changes across platforms.
Develop metrics on onboarding volume, SLA performance, and data quality.
Drive continuous improvement through RAP/automation and SOPs.
