Job Summary
TheOn-Site Supervisoris responsible formanaging daily workforceoperations while servingas the primarypoint of contactbetween clients, employees, and thecompany. This rolefocuses on buildingstrong clientrelationships, supporting recruitmentefforts, ensuring successfulemployee placements, anddelivering exceptionalcustomer service.
The On-SiteSupervisor plays akey role inmaintaining staffing levels, improving employee retention, ensuring compliancewithcompany andclient expectations, anddriving operational excellencewithin the workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintainstrong relationships withclients, candidates, andemployees to ensurea positive workforceexperience.
- Support recruitment effortsthrough job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and outreachprograms.
- Oversee daily on-site workforce operationsand ensure clientstaffing needs aremet.
- Manage employee attendance, including verifying dailycheck-ins/check-outs and addressingattendance concerns.
- Coordinate employee assignmentsbased on clientproduction needs andoperational requirements.
- Conduct shift start-up meetings andcommunicate daily expectations, safety requirements, andperformance goals.
- Monitor employee productivity, quality, attendance, andoverall performance throughouteach shift.
- Address tardiness, call-offs, and attendanceissues while coordinatingreplacement associateswhen needed.
- Maintain accurate headcountand staffing levelsto support clientdemand.
- Assist withnew employee onboarding, orientation, and trainingprocesses.
- Conduct safety walk-through evaluations andpromote a safework environment.
- Review and verifydaily reports, workforcerecords, and operationaldocumentation.
- Complete payroll-relatedduties, including reviewingtime records foraccuracy and timelyprocessing.
- Ensure compliance withcompany policies, clientprocedures, and workplacesafety standards.
- Provide ongoing supportand problem resolutionto employees andclients.
Qualifications
- Previous experience instaffing, recruiting, workforcemanagement, operations,or a relatedfield preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.
- Strong customer serviceand relationship-buildingskills.
- Excellent communication,organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to managemultiple priorities ina fast-pacedenvironment.
- Experience supervising employeesand coordinating dailyoperations preferred.
- Proficiency with attendancetracking, reporting, andpayroll processes.
- Ability to workindependently while maintainingstrong attention todetail.
