The ideal candidate is organized, customer‑focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Onsite presence is required, with overnight shifts and weekend availability.

Qualifications

We are seeking a dependable organized and proactive Onsite Coordinator to support daily workforce operations at one of our distribution client sites. This role is the key connection between our associates and client leadership ensuring seamless communication efficient scheduling and an exceptional onsite experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment enjoys building strong relationships and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service while keeping operations running smoothly.

Schedule

• Overnight Shift: 3:30 PM – 5:0 AM
• Must be available to work weekends
• Onsite presence required

Key Responsibilities
