• Coordinate assignments based on client production and operational needs.
• Conduct shift start-up meetings and communicate daily expectations and safety requirements.
• Monitor productivity, quality, attendance, and performance across shifts.
• Address tardiness, call-offs, and attendance issues while coordinating replacements.
• Maintain accurate headcount and staffing levels to meet demand.
• Assist with onboarding, orientation, and training processes.
• Review daily reports and payroll-related time records for accuracy.
