Job summary

GCON Management Company LLC is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to lead high-tech data center and commercial projects from onsite leadership. You will manage day-to-day operations, safety, and liaison activities with owners while guiding preconstruction and execution phases.

The ideal candidate brings 7–10+ years of site management, hands-on experience with data centers, and strong scheduling skills using P6, plus Procore/CMIC proficiency.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of relevant site management experience on ground up commercial and/or data center projects.
• 5+ years’ experience leading and managing the build process for high tech clients/program administration/owner's rep experience.
• Experience with the design process of building systems for data center and mission critical projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program build-out for high tech client office and data center fit outs.
• Contribute to preconstruction phase, including buyout, logistics, and scheduling.
• Prepare operational plans and collaborate with BD on sales pursuits and presentations.
• Communicate the project plan’s success factors and implementation strategies.
• Reconcile WIP with trade contractors’ SOV and submit payment requisitions.
• Demonstrate understanding of the Profit Plan and project financial forecast.
• Conduct jobsite lean and LPS boot camps.
• Maintain weekly cadence of LPS and continuous improvement between staff and trades.
• Innovate and solve core/shell construction challenges with project team resources.
• Conduct constructability reviews and ensure effective QC program.
• Create and assess WWP and PTP for improvement opportunities.
• Implement EH&S policies and Injury Free Environments, identify training needs.
