Job summary

GCON Management Company LLC seeks an experienced Superintendent to lead high-tech data center and commercial fit-outs. You will be the onsite point person, overseeing day-to-day operations, safety, and owner relations while driving continuous improvement and lean practices.

You will coordinate with design and BD teams, manage schedules, costs, and WIP with trade partners, and ensure successful project delivery. Strong emphasis on safety and leadership is required.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of relevant site management experience on ground up commercial and/or data center projects.
• 5+ years’ experience leading and managing the build process for high tech clients/program administration/owner's rep experience.
• Experience with the design process of building systems for data center and mission critical projects.
• Utilize P6 to build project schedules.
• Proficient with Procore and/or CMIC.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program build-out for high tech client office and datacenter fit-outs.
• Contribute to the preconstruction phase, including buyout, logistics, and scheduling.
• Prepare operational plans and collaborate with Business Development on sales pursuits.
• Communicate the project plan’s success factors and implementation strategies.
• Reconcile WIP with trade contractors’ SOV and submit payment requisitions.
• Demonstrate understanding of the Profit Plan and project financial forecast.
• Conduct jobsite lean and Last Planner System boot camps.
• Establish weekly cadence of LPS and continuous improvement activities with staff and trades.
