Job summary

GCON Management Company LLC in the United States is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead high tech client office and data center fit-outs. You will serve as onsite point person, ensuring safety, coordination with teams, and delivery of complex projects on schedule and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 7–10+ years in site management on commercial or data center programs, including owner’s representation for high tech clients.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of site management on ground up commercial and/or data center projects.
• 5+ years leading build for high tech clients and owner’s rep experience.
• Experience with the design process of building systems for data center and mission critical projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program build-out for high tech client office and datacenter fit outs.
• Contribute to the preconstruction phase, including buyout, logistics, and scheduling.
• Prepare operational plans and collaborate with Business Development on sales pursuits and presentations.
• Communicate the project plan’s success factors and implementation strategies.
• Reconcile WIP with Trade contractors’ Schedule of Values and submit timely payment requisitions.
• Demonstrate understanding of the Profit Plan and project financial forecast.
• Conduct jobsite Lean and Last Planner System boot camps.
• Establish weekly cadence of LPS and continuous improvement between staff and trades.
• Innovate and solve core and shell construction challenges with project teams.
• Conduct constructability reviews and ensure effective QC program.
