Job summary

Claritev is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to assist the recovery team on site in De Pere, WI. Responsibilities include data entry, new case creation, claims review, and mail handling with PHI exposure considerations. Collaboration across departments and adherence to HIPAA are essential.

The position requires 1+ years in an office setting, strong typing, and MS Office 365 skills. Onsite work with health insurance and 401k options is offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1+ years of office experience.
• Typing at least 45 words per minute.
• Must be able to work on site at De Pere Office.
• Ability to ask questions to uncover needed information.
• Basic computer and scanner knowledge.
• Strong communication and client interfacing skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 tools.
• Licensure or certifications as applicable.
• Extended sitting and viewing of monitors with standard office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Complete data entry and new case creation.
• Review claims.
• Retrieve, image, and prioritize daily mail on site.
• Perform ISO index searches and identify accidents for Subrogation.
• Generate and process IQ batches with guidance.
• Obtain information from client remote systems.
• Process outgoing mail and certified mail.
• Process incoming emails, faxes, and voicemails into the Discovery Case Management system.
• Collaborate across disciplines and departments.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Demonstrate core competencies and values.
• Note: this role is high risk due to PHI exposure.
• Other duties as assigned.
