Job summary

Clarivet in De Pere, WI is seeking an Operation Support Specialist to assist the recovery team with subrogation-related tasks on site. Responsibilities include data entry, new case creation, mail processing, and claims review to support the Subrogation team.

The role requires 1+ year office experience, a 45 wpm typing speed, and strong communication. It is a high-risk position due to PHI exposure and emphasizes HIPAA compliance and cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1+ years of office experience.
• Typing speed of at least 45 wpm.
• On-site work at the De Pere, WI office.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and create new Subrogation cases.
• Review claims and prioritize daily workflow.
• Retrieve, image, and process incoming mail on site.
• Conduct ISO index searches and flag incidents for Subrogation Specialists.
• Generate IQ batches with guidance from the Subrogation Business Analyst.
• Access client systems to obtain claims and plan documents.
• Process outgoing mail and communications via email/fax/voicemail.
• Collaborate across disciplines while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
• Uphold company core competencies and values; handle PHI with care.
• Other duties as assigned in a high-risk PHI environment.
