Accelerated Claims Inc. is seeking an Account Representative (Claims Specialist) to support our claims recovery efforts in a remote setting with a week on-site for orientation.

You will interact with insurance carriers to research, resolve, and secure payment on outstanding medical claims. Responsibilities include researching claims, updating systems accurately, and ensuring HIPAA compliance while leveraging UB-04 and CMS-1500 knowledge to maximize client reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems and tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Place outbound calls to insurance carriers to research and resolve claims.
• Review and process medical claims to ensure accurate billing and reimbursement.
• Enter and update claim information across multiple systems with accuracy.
• Follow up on outstanding claims to maximize recovery for clients.
• Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
• Apply knowledge of medical billing forms (UB-04, CMS-1500) when applicable.
