Job summary

B.HOM Student Living is seeking a General Manager for a dedicated community in New York, NY. You will oversee staffing, leasing, marketing, maintenance, finances, and resident experience to deliver strong NOI and a high-performing team.

Primarily Monday–Friday with extended hours as needed, you will lead a multi-department operation, build campus partnerships, ensure compliance, and drive occupancy while delivering exceptional resident service.

• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and develop community team members.
