Job summary

BCforward is seeking a senior HR Business Partner (HRBP V) to serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership across one or more product or functional teams. This onsite role requires aligning people strategy with business goals while partnering directly with Directors and VPs.

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in technology environments, driving organizational effectiveness and leading major HR initiatives in fast-paced settings.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive HR experience.
• 8+ years as an HR Business Partner or Strategic HR Partner.
• Experience partnering directly with VP/SVP-level executives.
• Experience supporting technology organizations in fast-paced environments.
• Expertise in at least three of the following: Organizational Design, Talent Management, Change Management, Workforce Planning, Employee Relations, Executive Coaching.
• Strong business acumen and ability to work independently in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Directors and VP-level leaders as a trusted HR advisor.
• Develop and execute people strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Drive workforce planning, talent strategy, and organizational planning.
• Translate business challenges into strategic HR solutions.
• Identify organizational risks and implement scalable people solutions.
• Lead organizational design and restructuring initiatives.
• Coach leaders to build high-performing and inclusive teams.
• Lead succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
• Drive performance management and talent calibration processes.
• Partner with Total Rewards on compensation and retention strategies.
• Champion culture and DEI initiatives across the organization.
