Job summary

iKrusher is seeking a Human Resources Manager to act as a business partner, aligning HR initiatives with leadership and company goals from its Arcadia, CA HQ. You will mentor teams, lead talent development, and drive organizational development across the business.

The role emphasizes strategic HR, employee relations, compliance, and reporting to senior management. Arcadia-based, onsite with travel as needed; SHRM/PHR certifications preferred and a Bachelor’s degree required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in human resources or related field.
• 2-3 years resolving complex employee relations matters.
• Experience with change management and KPI alignment with sales.
• Wide knowledge of HR disciplines including recruitment, compliance, L&D, benefits and compensation.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to senior leaders and people managers.
• Align HR goals with company objectives through planning and coordination.
• Lead employee relations and foster an inclusive culture.
• Drive talent management and workforce planning.
• Support performance management including goal setting and development.
• Collaborate on training to upskill staff across roles.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding.
• Support change management during growth.
• Lead improvements in recruitment processes and interviews.
• Provide senior management with HR data and insights.
