Job summary

Ōnin Staffing is seeking an Onsite Supervisor for a premier client site in Texas. You will oversee daily staffing operations, attendance, scheduling, and safety compliance while building strong relationships with the client and our branch.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in staffing or supervisory roles, experience in light industrial or manufacturing settings, and solid communication skills. You will help recruit, onboard, and develop talent, using G Suite and HR systems.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of staffing or supervisory experience.
• Experience in light industrial/manufacturing or logistics is a plus.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily check-ins, attendance, and scheduling to meet client needs.
• Track time punches, maintain records, and end-of-shift reporting.
• Build client relationships and address staffing needs.
• Support onboarding, training, and performance feedback.
• Ensure safety compliance and conduct audits.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent with branch team.
• Handle administrative tasks and reporting.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, and referrals.
