• Two or more years of high-volume staffing experience.
• Manufacturing and skilled trades experience preferred.
• Honesty, strong work ethic and common sense.
• Self-motivated, disciplined and organized.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with branch manager and clients to determine staffing needs and job specs.
• Source candidates through networking, job sites and career fairs.
• Screen resumes and interview candidates by phone and in person as required.
• Administer pre-employment testing and reference/background checks.
• Extend offers and coordinate onboarding and new hire assignments.
• Provide guidance to field staff and ensure client satisfaction with workers and process.
• Input required information into the Avionte system and track progress against goals.
