Job summary

HTI is seeking an Industrial Recruiter to connect candidates with HTI clients and manage end-to-end recruitment across our southeast region. You will independently manage recruitment, screen applicants, and develop innovative sourcing strategies to keep a strong candidate pipeline.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with candidates and clients, multitasking, and delivering timely staffing solutions in a fast-paced, branch-based environment. Travel within the assigned region is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years in a customer service or people-facing role.
• HR/recruiting or manufacturing experience is a plus.
• High school diploma required; BA/BS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage recruitment for HTI clients.
• Screen applicants based on client requirements and HTI processes.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to grow the candidate pool.
