Pinnacle Partners in Indianapolis seeks a Senior Manufacturing & Engineering Recruiter to collaborate with Account Managers, identify top talent, and connect skilled professionals with rewarding career opportunities while delivering an outstanding recruiting experience.

Responsibilities include candidate sourcing, evaluation, and managing salary negotiations through to offers, with a focus on technical roles. Indianapolis onsite position with competitive base pay and commission potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience, preferably in a technical environment.
• Desire to learn and grow within a technical recruiting environment.
• Proven ability to match qualified candidates to job requisitions.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to build a network.
• Ability to recruit for a wide range of roles and adapt to changing priorities.
