Job summary

Skill is seeking an onsite Staffing Recruiter at our Mt. Juliet fulfillment center to own full-cycle, high-volume hiring for entry-level hourly roles.

You will partner with hiring managers, build pipelines, and manage the candidate experience from initial outreach to onboarding in a fast-paced environment. • Experience with an ATS, preferably for high-volume or hourly hiring.
• Sourcing across job boards, community partners, referrals, and staffing agency support.
• Strong project management skills and comfort managing agency relationships.
• Excellent communication and relationship building with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to juggle competing priorities and re-prioritize without losing momentum.
• A sense of urgency and comfort in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Confidence with recruiting technology and tools.

The Role

Our client, a major e-commerce retailer, is hiring an onsite Staffing Recruiter to join their Field Talent Acquisition team. You will own full-cycle, high-volume hiring for the entry-level workforce at their Mt. Juliet fulfillment center. This is a hands-on, fast-moving seat. Hiring managers need bodies on the floor, and you are the person who makes that happen. If you like seeing the direct result of your work, you will see it every single day when new hires walk in the door because of a pipeline you built.
