Integrity Staffing Solutions is seeking a customer service oriented staff member to join our offices and staff hiring events. You will guide candidates through pre-hire onboarding and help ensure a smooth experience during hiring events.

This entry-level temporary full-time role offers exposure to the staffing world, including data entry, screening, and using ATS systems, with the opportunity to develop professional communication and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Comfortable using online software, cameras, scanners, and mobile devices.
• Ability to learn other platforms and operate multiple screens and systems.
• Ability to communicate professionally with candidates, staff, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Guide candidates through pre-hire onboarding and provide exceptional customer service at events.
• Assist candidates to ensure onboarding tasks are completed promptly via the ATS and other technologies.
• Ensure client hiring procedures are followed, including data entry, documentation, and screening tasks.
• Use effective communication to answer questions and resolve obstacles before departing the recruiting office.
• Meet deadlines for pre-hire activities within client systems in a high-volume setting.
• Communicate across in-person, phone, email and live chat channels with a focus on satisfaction.
