Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with fast-paced, customer-oriented environments a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guide candidates through pre-hire onboarding activities and deliver exceptional customer service at hiring events.
• Assist candidates to ensure accurate onboarding and verify completion of all tasks in the ATS and other technologies.
• Ensure client hiring procedures are followed, including data entry, application review, and drug screening administration.
• Communicate clearly to ensure applicants understand job details and address questions before leaving the recruiting office.
• Meet deadlines for completing pre-hire activities in client systems with attention to detail.
