Integrity Staffing Solutions is seeking a Staffing Assistant (On Demand, Temporary) to support our offices and staffing events. You will handle pre-hire paperwork, screening activities, and provide excellent customer service to candidates visiting the office.

This entry-level position offers exposure to the staffing world in a fast-paced setting. The role requires on-site work, flexibility to travel to Chester and Petersburg locations, and the ability to work extended hours or weekends as

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
Must be able to travel to support other locations as needed.
Ability to work on-site; role cannot be remote.
Experience with online software, cameras, scanners, and mobile devices.
Familiarity with Word, Excel, email, and learning other platforms.
Comfortable multitasking in a high-volume environment and maintain confidentiality.
Preferred customer service experience in fast-paced settings.

Responsabilités

Guide candidates through pre-hire onboarding activities and deliver exceptional customer service.
Assist candidates to verify onboarding tasks in ATS and other technologies.
Ensure client hiring procedures are executed and compliant, including data entry and drug screening.
Communicate job details and address questions prior to departing the recruiting office.
Meet deadlines for completing pre-hire activities in client systems.
Communicate across in-person, phone, email, live chat with focus on customer satisfaction.
