Integrity Staffing Solutions is seeking a customer-service oriented Staffing Assistant for a temporary on-site role to support our offices and staffing events. You will help manage pre-hire paperwork, screen activities, and provide friendly service to candidates visiting the office.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to learn new software platforms and navigate multiple screens.
• Must maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity in handling information.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Guide candidates through pre-hire onboarding and provide exceptional service at events.
• Assist candidates to ensure accurate onboarding via ATS and other technologies.
• Ensure client hiring procedures are followed, including data entry and screening tasks.
• Communicate job details clearly and address questions before departing the office.
• Meet deadlines for pre-hire activities with attention to detail in a high-volume setting.
• Interact with candidates across in-person, phone, email, and chat channels to ensure satisfaction.
