Employbridge is seeking an Onsite Staffing Manager to oversee staff at the client site, coordinate recruitment, and ensure accurate payroll and invoicing. The role emphasizes HR and data management, performance coaching, and delivering exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role with multi-level client communication.
• HR and data management experience.
• Demonstrable success managing a team or process.
• Familiarity with a heavy process-oriented environment.
• Able to lead, organize and build effective and diverse teams.
• Seasoned critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Practical experience with operational software, Microsoft Office, and basic data management tools for analysis.
• Ability to communicate professionally across platforms and influence decision makers.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day supervision to ensure timely, accurate, and quality delivery of services.
• Manage employee relations at the client site including coaching, performance reviews, and exits.
• Anticipate staffing requirements and develop value-added services for the client.
• Coordinate recruitment, screening, interviewing, and hiring for assignments.
• Maintain timekeeping, payroll, and invoicing accuracy.
• Provide productivity, headcount, attendance and other reports on request.
• Deliver superior customer service and build client relationships.
