• Conduct workplace safety inspections and safety orientations.
• Organize and maintain employee files and documentation.
• Follow up with supervisors to ensure staffing needs are met.
• Review hours and attendance, track headcount daily.
• Verify forklift certifications and coordinate certifications for new operators.
• Prepare payroll and attendance reports for Corporate by deadlines.
• Investigate workplace injuries and complete accident reports.
• Assist with replacements or terminations as needed.
