Job summary

The role involves supporting recruiting, onboarding, performance tracking, safety training, and delivering strong customer service to both client and employees. Bilingual English/Spanish is required and payroll duties are included.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onsite contact for client, supervisors, hiring managers, and temporary employees.
• Submit qualified candidates to client hiring authorities.
• Recruit, interview, and place qualified candidates.
• Coordinate staffing needs and provide emergency staffing support.
• Conduct safety audits and inspections.
• Ensure payroll and attendance records are accurate.
• Prepare payroll and attendance reports.
• Maintain positive relationships with employees and client representatives.
• Address employee concerns professionally and resolve workplace issues.
