Job summary

EmergencyMD in Santa Fe Springs is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to coordinate temporary staff at the client location, serving as the primary liaison between client, hiring managers, and the staffing agency to ensure workforce needs are met efficiently.

You will oversee recruiting, onboarding, payroll, safety compliance, employee relations, and daily operations while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in staffing, recruiting, or onsite supervision preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel/Word and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and submit qualified candidates to client hiring managers.
• Coordinate drug screenings, background checks, and onboarding paperwork.
• Review associate availability and ensure staffing needs are consistently met.
• Assist with employee replacements or assignment terminations as needed.
• Review client expectations and operational requirements with employees.
