1Heart Caregiver Services- Fullerton in Brea, CA is hiring a Staffing Coordinator/Recruiter to ensure client shifts are covered by qualified caregivers. This onsite, full-time role blends scheduling, recruiting, and ongoing communication with families, clients, and caregivers, supported by WellSky.

You will coordinate staffing, screen applicants, conduct trainings, and maintain accurate records. The schedule is Mon-Fri, 9AM-5PM, with $20 per hour, health insurance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Experience in staffing, scheduling, or home care preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of urgency.
• Comfort using computers and scheduling software.
• Spanish or Tagalog as a second language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily staffing needs and act as central contact for caregivers, clients, families.
• Schedule and assign caregivers to client shifts.
• Respond to last-minute call-offs and secure coverage quickly.
• Recruit, screen, and interview caregiver applicants.
• Create and conduct trainings.
• Assist with onboarding and document collection.
• Maintain records in scheduling systems such as WellSky.
• Monitor caregiver attendance and performance.
