Job summary

Cambrian Homecare, LLC, part of the Dungarvin family, seeks a Staffing Coordinator in Long Beach, CA to support caregiver schedules and client services. You will coordinate coverage, communicate with families, and ensure high-quality service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2+ years in staffing or care coordination, a high school diploma, and bilingual English/Spanish. On-site work, with a 401(k) plan and regular daytime hours Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.
• 2+ years in staffing, scheduling, service coordination, healthcare, home care, or related customer service.
• Phone-based customer service experience with strong prioritization and coordination.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate caregiver schedules, ensure coverage and timely responses.
• Serve as primary contact for caregivers, clients, families; provide scheduling updates.
• Coordinate new and ongoing services with client needs and caregiver availability.
• Collaborate with recruiting, operations and internal teams for staffing.
• Monitor schedules, service hours, and utilization; identify gaps.
• Maintain scheduling records and client updates in company systems.
