Job summary

Amada Orange County in San Clemente, CA is seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment across caregivers and staff. The role emphasizes proactive sourcing, onboarding, and ensuring compliance with California licensing standards.

You will manage the ATS, conduct orientations, and collaborate with leadership to improve retention and staffing metrics in a fast-paced home care environment.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 1+ year of high-volume recruitment experience.
• Experience in home care or hourly workforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for all agency positions (caregivers, scheduling coordinators, admin staff).
• Screen, interview, and hire qualified candidates and move them through the pipeline.
• Manage ATS and maintain a robust caregiver pipeline.
• Coordinate pre-employment steps: background checks, Live Scan, TB clearance, AB 1522 requirements.
• Plan and lead new-hire orientation at the San Clemente office.
• Ensure onboarding documentation is complete and compliant with CDSS HCO standards.
• Monitor compliance, training, and renewals; maintain KPI dashboards for leadership.
