This full-time role combines scheduling, recruiting, and ongoing communication, with the support of structured processes and tools like WellSky. You will work in a Mon-Fri schedule with an hourly rate of $20/hr, plus health insurance and paid time off.

What you will do

As the Staffing Coordinator/Recruiter, you coordinate daily staffing needs and act as a central point of contact for caregivers, clients, and families. You will schedule and assign caregivers to client shifts, respond to last-minute call‑offs, and move quickly to secure coverage.
