Surge is seeking an onsite Manager to meet temporary help and training needs for a major client. You will match skills to client requirements, develop the business through exceptional service, and supervise staffing specialists.

Responsibilities include implementing quality standards, coordinating orientation, handling client communications, and ensuring profitability and accurate invoicing. Strong leadership and bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or managerial experience in staffing or customer service required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to client sites and company offices.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsabilités

• Match temporaries' skills to customer needs and deliver high-quality service.
• Develop and retain business by outstanding customer service.
• Supervise Workforce Staffing Specialists; perform admin tasks.
• Lead recruiting, training, and retention programs.
• Coordinate pre-assignment orientation and client meetings.
• Reconcile invoices; monitor profitability.
• Produce management reports and ensure policy compliance.
• Follow company policies for staffing and customer activity.
