Job summary

Surge Staffing is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to effectively meet the temporary help and training needs of a major SURGE client. You will match temporaries to client needs, deliver high-quality service, and proactively develop business through outstanding customer service.

The role may supervise one or more On-site Staffing Specialists and involves administrative tasks, attendance monitoring, and claims processing. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• Proven leadership in a managerial role.
• Excellent customer service and ability to build partnerships.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory role or 3–5 years in customer service.
• Strong communication and administrative skills.
• Experience in background checks, I-9, and E-Verify.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet.

Responsibilities

• Meet the temporary help and training needs of a major SURGE client by matching skills.
• Deliver high quality service to the customer and temporary employees.
• Develop and retain business by providing outstanding customer service.
• Perform administrative tasks to support quality service and performance; may supervise On-site Staffing Specialists.
• Monitor attendance of employees.
• Process and assist with Workers' Compensation claims.
• Reconcile invoices from all vendors.
• Other duties as assigned.
