Job summary

Surge Staffing is seeking an Onsite Manager to lead temporary staffing operations for a major client in Reading. You will match temporaries to needs, deliver high-quality service, and develop strong client relationships.

You will supervise Workforce Staffing Specialists, implement quality programs, and drive revenue through effective service and cross-selling of HR offerings. Strong leadership and bilingual (English/Spanish) communication are a plus.

Qualifications

High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience preferred.
Successful prior experience as a Branch Supervisor or Manager preferred.
1-2 years in supervisory role or 3-5 years in customer service.
Ability to travel to various locations as needed.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Obtain detailed assignment information from the customer and use it to deliver quality service.
Implement and manage quality standards and programs for services rendered.
Supervise Workforce Staffing Specialists and maintain client relationships.
Present service offerings to the client to secure business opportunities.
Monitor profitability of the client account and reconcile invoices.
Schedule and orient temporary employees; monitor attendance and performance.
