• Provides Pharmaceutical Care including drug utilization reviews, screening for allergies, monitoring interactions, and counseling patients.
• Educates physicians on cost-effective therapy and formulary, and coordinates with medical staff to improve care quality.
• Maintains inventory control and participates in patient education programs to promote satisfaction and retention.
