• Under supervision, perform prescription data entry and labeling.
• Count and package medications; retrieve from shelves.

• Provide friendly, efficient service to members.
• Coordinate with medical records for prescription information.
• Instruct new staff on policies and procedures.
• Support patient education programs when appropriate.
• Attend pharmacy training and education programs as appropriate.
