Job summary

YMCA of the Rockies—Estes Park Center is seeking a Staff Housing Representative to live in staff housing and provide a welcoming, safe living environment for our team. You will build professional relationships with residents, maintain cleanliness, and support community engagement among staff and volunteers.

The role requires evening shifts, strong confidentiality, and excellent customer service. Bilingual abilities are preferred; candidate must meet driving requirements and operate within YMCA

Qualifications

• Maintain confidentiality and staff-centric service.
• Ability to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Bilingual preferred; English fluency required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to interact with diverse staff and volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Live in staff housing and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Build positive, professional relationships and advocate for staff.
• Work mid-day and evening shifts.
• Welcome staff on arrival days and answer questions.
• Report after-hours issues to Housing Facilities Manager.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness of hallways, kitchens, bathrooms, lobbies, and linen closets.
• Assist in posting information and keeping information hubs orderly.
• Participate in on-call rotation for housing-related concerns.
• Possess a valid US state-issued driver license and, if needed, drive YMCA vehicles.
