Job summary

The YMCA of the Rockies Estes Park Center is seeking a Housekeeping Crew Leader to guide a team of 4–10 in cleaning cabins and lodges to meet quality and timeliness standards. You will supervise, coach, and train staff, ensure proper handling of chemicals and safety procedures, and report progress to the Housekeeping Operations Manager.

A valid U.S. driver’s license and the ability to work both AM and PM shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in the hospitality industry.
• Assist with the operation of Lost and Found, Dish Room, and Quality Control duties as assigned.

POSITION SUMMARY:This position supports the work of the YMCA of the Rockies, Estes Park Center, a mission-based family and group conference and retreat center serving more than 150,000 guests annually.
