Job summary

YMCA of the Rockies Estes Park Center is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead a large housekeeping team across lodge rooms and cabins. You will plan schedules, coordinate staffing with Operations leadership, and maintain high cleanliness standards for guest occupancy.

Working with front desk and operations, you’ll drive efficient operations, training, and safety practices while ensuring exceptional guest experiences at our Estes Park Center location.

Qualifications

• Two years of management experience in hospitality or related field.
• Experience in purchasing and inventory management.
• Experience in creating and evaluating cleaning processes to ensure high levels of cleanliness.
• Must be extremely organized with a focus on details.
• Bilingual Spanish helpful but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong, motivational leadership to a team of 40–120 housekeeping staff.
• Coordinate weekly staffing forecasts and scheduling with direct reports.
• Plan daily, weekly, and seasonal cleaning schedules.
• Communicate room status changes to the Front Desk.
• Ensure cleaning standards are met and inspect quality.
