Job summary

YMCA of the Rockies, Estes Park Center, Estes Park, CO, is seeking a Housekeeping Crew Leader to guide a team in cleaning cabins and lodges to meet quality and timeliness standards.

Responsibilities include supervising 4–10 staff, ensuring safe handling of chemicals and vehicles, and reporting progress to the Operations Manager. Bilingual skills preferred; driver’s license may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in the hospitality industry.
• Assist with the operation of Lost and Found, Dish Room, and Quality Control duties as assigned.
• Excellent customer service skills; friendly, personable, helpful, patient and professional.
• Bilingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and train teams of 4–10 housekeeping crew members, ensuring all cleaning tasks meet established quality and performance standards.
• Ensure that all chemicals and vehicles are properly operated and maintained.
• Follow and enforce safe practices and procedures for handling chemicals and biohazards.
• Work both AM and PM shifts as required.
• Report to the Housekeeping Operations Manager regarding project progress, team performance, and departmental needs.
