Job summary

The YMCA of the Rockies Estes Park Center is seeking a Housekeeping Crew Leader to guide a team of 4–10 in cleaning cabins and lodges to meet quality and timeliness standards. You will supervise, coach, and train staff, ensure proper handling of chemicals and safety procedures, and report progress to the Housekeeping Operations Manager.

A valid U.S. driver’s license and the ability to work both AM and PM shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in the hospitality industry.
• Assist with the operation of Lost and Found, Dish Room, and Quality Control duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and train teams of 4–10 housekeeping crew members, ensuring all cleaning tasks meet established quality and performance standards.
• Follow and enforce safe practices and procedures for handling chemicals and biohazards.
• Report to the Housekeeping Operations Manager regarding project progress, team performance, and departmental needs.
