Job summary

CPS Solutions, LLC is seeking a Specialty Pharmacy Liaison to coordinate pharmacy services within the health system's outpatient setting. You will act as a bridge between patients, providers, and the pharmacy, handling prior authorizations, data entry, and patient onboarding.

The role is based at Pikeville Medical Center in Pikeville, KY and follows a Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm schedule, offering opportunities to develop within UnitedHealth Group's CPS and Optum family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Pharmacy Technician license in Kentucky in good standing.
• Recent experience as a Pharmacy Technician.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and dispense medications under supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
• Process prescription orders and enter patient data into pharmacy systems.
• Assist pharmacists and providers by gathering information and supporting workflow.
• Coordinate prior authorizations and insurance requirements for patients.
• Coordinate patient onboarding and refills, ensuring adherence to therapy schedules.
