• 3–10+ years sourcing or procurement experience for T&D or EPC projects.
• Proven experience in vendor management and RFP solicitation.
• Strong T&D material knowledge and substation equipment familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large material and equipment bids for T&D EPC projects.
• Review client RFPs and identify gaps in the requirements.
• Evaluate bids, analyze proposals and negotiate contracts.
