A leading infrastructure solutions provider seeks a Senior Sourcing Specialist to manage the full sourcing lifecycle for Transmission, Substation, and Distribution projects. This remote position requires managing bids and negotiations with top vendors, emphasizing T&D experience. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years in procurement, strong vendor management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects. Qualifications

• 3–10+ years in sourcing or procurement for power generation, electric utility, or EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of T&D materials and substation equipment.
• Able to manage multiple projects and collaborate across all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large material and equipment bids for T&D EPC projects.
• Review RFPs and engineering designs to define scope, identify gaps.
• Evaluate bids, negotiate contracts, and present vendor recommendations.
