Job summary

Qualifications

• Including a degree in logistics or related field is preferred.
• Experience in 3rd shift is required.
• 1–3 years in logistics, transportation, coordination, or operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate carrier shipments and ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments using logistics tracking tools and systems.
• Communicate with carriers, shippers, customers, and internal teams regarding shipment status.
• Identify and resolve delays, issues, and scheduling changes.
• Review and update shipping documents, including purchase orders, bills of lading, and invoices.
• Work with Operations, Client Success, and Dispatch to keep shipments moving.
• Track logistics activity and identify opportunities to improve scheduling, documentation, and costs.
• Follow and help improve standard operating procedures for tracking, communication, and scheduling.
