Airtron in San Antonio is seeking an energetic front-line support specialist to join our onsite team. You will answer phones, schedule installations and service calls, handle payments, refunds, and coordinate with technicians to keep operations smooth.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 2–4 years of office experience with phone support, strong English communication, and proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of office experience with at least 20% daily phone-based customer support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Clear, effective English communication, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, assist inquiries, and schedule service for installations and promotions.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls to offer service plans, process payments, and issue refunds.
• Maintain precise records and route technicians; allocate resources efficiently.
• Place targeted outbound calls to follow up permits/inspections and reschedule services as needed.
• Resolve complaints fairly and in accordance with consumer laws; promote safety culture.
