Training lasts 3–6 months in-office, with a potential hybrid schedule after successful completion. Candidates should be local to San Antonio, with a focus on excellent communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, scheduling, or call center services required.
• Willing to work a minimum of 1 Saturday per month (rotate with your Team).
• Local candidates based in San Antonio or nearby areas; role based in San Antonio office.
• Hybrid schedule possible after 3–6 months of training and meeting scorecard goals.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls for departments such as Home Improvement, Pest, Lawn & Mechanical.
• Provide timely and accurate information to customer requests.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians.
• Resolve or diffuse customer issues and provide feedback to supervisors.
• Maintain customer records and update account information.
